A bank cast as a leading provider of banking products and services and ranked one of the world's top 15 by market capitalisation, is currently on the hunt for a resourcing consultant.
Joining the Hong Kong human resources team, the candidate would manage its end-to-end recruitment process for the company's corporate and investment banking lines of business in Asia.

'As the successful candidate will be joining at a crucial growth phase for the company, they will have the opportunity to make a huge contribution and will also be able to help define and develop the position itself,' said Vincent Romano, manager of the recruitment firm's human resources division.
The person with a business related university degree and at least five years' recruitment experience, ideally in front office positions or experience working at a banking frontline position, would be expected to determine the strategy for identifying candidates and attract, recruit and hire desired talent.
The person would proactively recruit and build a pipeline for future needs.
The candidate 'should be a very determined and driven person with strong consulting and presentation skills, and strong negotiation and influencing skills', he said.
The person must have the 'ability to analyse position profile and establish facts. They should also demonstrate confidence and be at ease with individuals at all levels within the corporation.'
