Before joining Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Ms Wong was on the pre-opening team of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. A former presenter and DJ for various television and radio stations, including the BBC World Service, she holds a Master's degree in Area Studies (China) with SOAS, University of London.

Mr Santos transferred from the Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, having worked at Four Seasons properties in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai. He is also an outstanding golf player and an aspiring photographer.

Polly Chen

Ms Chen was formerly with the Grand Formosa Regent in Taipei, where she spent nine years gaining extensive experience in operations as well as sales. Her most recent role was director of sales. Ms Chen was born in Singapore and is fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien, English and Cantonese.

Nick Lambert

Mr Lambert is responsible for the company's commercial and strategic direction in the region. He brings extensive experience gained from his previous position as Asia-Pacific vice-president of infrastructure management services for IBM.

Janet Grossman

Ms Grossman will be driving a change of approach in the geography and increasing the group's investment in its capabilities and skills. She joins Cable & Wireless from the Department for Work and Pensions.

Nic Cantuniar

Vice-president, enterprise sales for Europe and the Middle East

Mr Cantuniar will drive the development of key ties with new and established European enterprise customers. He has a wealth of knowledge from his previous role at Colt Telecom.

Richard Prophet

Vice-president, sales - global accounts

Cable & Wireless Europe, Asia and US

Mr Prophet will be responsible for growing the international enterprise customer accounts, working closely with account directors. Until recently, he drove the managed services agenda for Alcatel-Lucent in Europe.
