Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
Gary Chu Man-kit, who in May had been found guilty of indecent assault, had his conviction overturned yesterday. After a staff party in March, Mr Chu shared a taxi with a female colleague. Mr Chu invited the woman up to his flat, where the indecent assault allegedly took place. Madam Justice Clare-Marie Beeson in the Court of First Instance quashed Mr Chu's conviction, finding there was insufficient evidence to prove the woman had not consented to the activities that took place. In particular, the judge referred to a CCTV video showing the pair kissing in the lift on the way to Mr Chu's flat.
