Three jailed for cheating staff

Former staff of a Food and Environmental Hygiene Department contractor, Polyking Services, were jailed yesterday for cheating market cleaners out of HK$177,000. Mastermind Leung Ting-chong, 38, who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to steal, was jailed for 131/2 months. Leung Pikul, 52, and Wong Sau-chun, 59, received suspended sentences of two months and six months respectively.
