Connectivity devices maker Belkin makes it easy to keep tabs on your personal Wi-fi network status. Its N1 Vision wireless router has an advanced interactive display to provide a wealth of easy-to-read information, including current upload and download speeds, all the devices connected to the network and the bandwidth usage of each gadget. If you're too lazy to lock down your Wi-fi setup, the display instantly shows if neighbours are stealing your bandwidth.

The Belkin router is based on the 802.11n wireless networking specification, which provides data-transmission speeds of up to 300 megabits per second and an operating range of almost 500 metres, providing an efficient way for users to stream music, photos and high-definition video online and handle multiple internet telephony calls. The N1Vision wireless router costs HK$1,599.
