Pedder Red, the younger and more affordable sister of luxury accessories boutique On Pedder, recently opened a flagship in the heart of Central. Filling the space is a range of special and limited-edition products. While the store still offers its own merchandise, including a range of metallic ballerina flats (below; HK$695), it also has pieces created in collaboration with cutting-edge designers from around the world. The ZIII collection by Oiving features bags (bottom), scarves and ties made from recycled or recyclable materials. Men's and women's caps and trainers from LA-based artist Ed Hardy are also available. High on the covetable list is the Converse 1Hund(red) artists collaboration series (above right), with proceeds going to Bono's RED project in Africa. Of the 100 styles available worldwide, customers at Pedder Red can choose from seven (HK$479 to HK$1,199), which can be pre-ordered only at the new store.
