Three hurt in collision

A boy, eight, his six-month-old brother and their domestic helper were slightly injured in a collision between their father's car and a delivery van in Kam Tin Road near Seasons Villas in Yuen Long at 7.45am. They were treated at a hospital. Their father, 47, and the other driver, 49, passed a breathalyser test.

Employees nab snail meat thief

Two female employees caught a woman, 65, trying to steal a bag of snail meat worth over HK$100 from a store in a shopping centre in Shek Yam Estate, Kwai Chung, at about 10.15am. A 50-year-old employee hit her head when she gave chase. She was treated at a hospital.

HK$3,000 in illegal drugs found

Police seized HK$3,000 worth of illegal drugs during routine licence checks at two entertainment venues in Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, in a 41/2-hour operation that ended at 3.30am.
