Five things we're all wondering about

Macau ferries collide during fog ... with so many passengers now, you'd think they could afford a little device called a sonar.

Tycoon's Ferrari speeding charge reduced from 114km/h to 79km/h ... he should be ashamed of himself. I know minibus drivers who can go 140km/h with a full load.

Vandalised Tai Po stream with illegal dam needs urgent eco-repair ... yeah, officials are thinking maybe a man-made beach and a groundscraper mall.

Due to a shortage, Hong Kong telephone numbers may need to increase to nine digits ... if you do the population maths, in a few years mainland phones then should have about 83 numbers.

Radio-controlled helicopter crashes into and injures operator ... when he recovers, the Macau ferry operator, Turbojet, hopes to hire him to captain one of its jetfoils.
