Samsung Electronics has made bargain-hunting for a 3.5G cellular handset easy with the release of the Anycall F338 slider camera-phone. Priced at HK$2,580, the F338 delivers premium smartphone features at a cost many handset shoppers can afford. The sleek device - which measures 103mm by 48mm by 13.5mm and weighs 91 grams - has a 2.1-inch display, a 2-megapixel camera and a Video Graphics Array camera for video-telephony. It also boasts a 28-megabyte internal memory, support for up to 4 gigabytes of external memory, a Web browser, a one-touch music hot key, Bluetooth and USB 2.0 connectivity and a data-transfer rate of up to 3.6 megabits per second.
