Give up the cigarette habit and have a bash at best quitter's award
Someone I know once said he could easily quit drinking because he'd done it many times already. Well, we heard cigarettes are a harder habit to break, but new lifestyle website www.redlife-asia.com is looking for a few smokers to take part in their Hong Kong Best Quitter challenge.
The folks at Redlife are looking for three individuals seriously interested in giving up the weed. Those selected will then get to try as many techniques as possible in their attempts to butt out for the last time.
The cessation experiments will take place over one month, and the addicts will have a chance to try methods ranging from hypnosis to acupuncture to group therapy.
Obviously, they are looking for people who really want to end their smoking habit - which as we all know can lead to heart disease, stroke, chronic lung disease and hours standing alone outside a restaurant indulging your addiction while your friends are inside having fun.
All the services will be offered free. In exchange, they get to monitor your progress for the sake of science as well a chance to be Hong Kong's Best Quitter.
