The Town Planning Board has endorsed a proposal to redevelop the Kweilin Street area in Sham Shui Po into housing. An Urban Renewal Authority plan involves three buildings between 27 to 37 storeys on a podium. The authority would create a memorial garden to the former New Asia College once housed in a building to be demolished under the plan. The project includes flats for the elderly.
