Italian gelateria I-Scream, an established presence in Pacific Place, Admiralty, has opened two new outlets. The first (bottom left), in the IFC Mall in Central, has the biggest selection.

In addition to the myriad gelato and sorbet flavours (below right; created by Paolo Predonzan) available at the original shop, it has ice-cream cakes - in flavour combinations such as wild berries parfait with vanilla gelato (below centre; HK$398) and black, white and milk chocolate gelato (HK$320) - panini (including prosciutto with mozzarella and antipasto, HK$48 whole or HK$28 half; and organic roast vegetables with antipasto, manouri cheese, arugula and XO sauce, HK$42 whole or HK$24 half) and salads, which include tomato, mozzarella, arugula, red chicory with balsamic dressing (top left; HK$42) and Caesar salad with grilled chicken and parmesan flakes (HK$42).

The shop in Sha Tin, which is scheduled to open at the end of the month, will sell only gelato, sorbets and cakes.
