A boy, 15, who used the internet to issue an open invitation to his 16th birthday party at a Shenzhen disco where free party drugs would be distributed was arrested yesterday. The case was the first of its kind in Hong Kong, police said. The teenager, who works at a hair salon, reportedly told internet surfers in a chat room that each boy would have to pay HK$150 to join the party, but would be given two free packets of ketamine, police said. Girls would not have to pay.
