HKIEd seeks third vice-president

Hong Kong Institute of Education has launched a global search for a third vice-president. The newly established post is to oversee research and development at the institute and has been set up as part of the teaching college's quest to be called a university. Cheng Yin-cheong, director of the institute's Centre for Institutional Research and Development, has been named acting vice-president while the hunt goes on.
