Seven seafood stall operators have been charged for allegedly duping customers by weighing crabs down with extra straw tied to their bodies. Customs officers found the crabs, from markets in Tuen Mun, Sheung Shui, Mong Kok and Kwun Tong in January, weighed up to 47 per cent less when the straw was removed.
