Don't just stand there, rats, Madame Tussauds is free today

If you're a rat, then today is your day at the Peak Galleria's Madame Tussauds wax museum. The museum is offering free admission today, which is People's Day - the seventh day of the Lunar New Year - to anyone who was born in the Year of the Rat.

So if you're born in any of the years 1996, 1984, 1972, 1960, 1948, 1936, 1924, or even an earlier rat year, you just have to produce a valid Hong Kong identity card that includes your photograph to enter Madame Tussauds wax museum and check out other rat-sign celebrities such as singer Leo Ku Kui-kei (pictured), Korean actor Bae Yong Joon or composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Of course, if the museum really wanted to boost attendance, it could take its Gillian Chung Yan-tung and Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi figures and ... oh, never mind.
