'Healthy Workplace, Healthy Workforce' is a breakfast seminar organised by the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce. Based on the idea that a company's greatest asset is its workforce, the key to maintaining a healthy workforce is to provide a healthy workplace which falls under the responsibility of a company's management. The seminar will address relationships between work and health, analysing health and safety hazards, and highlighting prevention and protection strategies to improve occupational health.

'China's Second-Tier Cities' is a lunchtime seminar organised by the Australian Chamber of Commerce. China's second-tier cities account for 8 per cent of the total population but are responsible for 53 per cent of the country's total imports, with an average annual growth of 11 per cent. Companies have traditionally leaned towards key coastal cities, but factors such as labour costs have caused second-tier cities to be seen as a market in their own right. The seminar will explain what second-tier cities are, what opportunities reside in these cities, whether they are worth the effort and what the risks are.
