USI Holdings' property division is seeking an associate director in marketing with a proven track record in creating and carrying out communications campaigns. Robert Walters is handling the search.
Reporting directly to the managing director, the successful candidate would maintain the branding of the company's projects, set the overall marketing strategy, and deliver and develop branding. In addition, he or she would be responsible for communications, advertising and public relations.
The candidate would have to keep pace with the latest in the industry, have good contacts, contribute to long-term and contingency plans, anticipate market changes and provide recommendations.
'This position is best suited to mature and creative candidates who have the experience behind them to work within a senior management team,' said Eliza Kennedy, consultant at Robert Walters sales and marketing division.
Interested candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in marketing. Exposure to the property sector would be an advantage, 'but equally important is an understanding of promoting a luxury experience or product'. They should also have strong project-management and organisational skills, be service oriented, and a proven team player.
USI Holdings' property portfolio includes residential developments such as the Giverny in Sai Kung and the Grandville in Sha Tin.
'A highlight [of the role] is the opportunity to promote some of Hong Kong's most prestigious property projects,' she said.
