Power company needs top-notch project manager

Meiya Power Company, an independent company that acquires, develops and operates facilities in Greater China, South Korea and other countries in Asia, is looking for a project manager to help cope with its expansion in the region.
The main role for the successful candidate is planning, co-ordination and control of all technical and operational aspects of projects from inception.
Key responsibilities include due diligence, reviewing permit applications, contract oversight, design and monitoring of construction.
The project manager would also have to oversee lender obligations, project costs and schedules.
The successful candidate, with a sound knowledge in electrical power-plant engineering design, construction, operations, business, financial and contractual matters, would work closely with the business development team during the project development phase.
In addition, the project manager will also be working with the company's management team on all remaining phases of projects.
The company seeks an engineering degree holder with proven abilities in power plant design, project engineering, project controls and plant construction. Strong management abilities, leadership skills and commercial expertise to carry out tasks all the way to completion are also a must.
In addition to academic qualifications and experience, the person must also be a team player and be fluent in English and Putonghua.
