Mr Ross oversees Sun Life Financial's information technology function in Asia. He has 25 years of experience with insurance companies and multinational firms, including AIG, Credit Suisse First Boston and Intel. Mr Ross holds an MBA in finance/international business from New York University.

Mr Poon leads the team providing sales and marketing services. He joined Colliers International in 1998 in residential sales. He has more than 14 years' experience in handling the acquisition and disposition of luxury residential properties.

Ms Mak joined Colliers International in October 2001 to lead the company's entry into the retail market. In her new role, she will be responsible for expanding the company's retail services across the territory with local and international retail operators and landlords.
