Doggedly purrfect: when the well-travelled cast members of the smash-hit musical CATS landed in Hong Kong, one of their first off-stage tasks, like many other newcomers to the territory, was to sit down and learn a little of the culture and history oftheir new home. But they were sad to discover there was no Year of The Cat. However, they still jumped at the chance to be part of the Lunar New Year celebrations by adding their good wishes even though that meant welcoming in a year named after their traditional ''enemies''.
