China coach wants big changes

Frustrated China women's football coach Elisabeth Loisel has proposed a wholesale sacking of her Chinese backroom staff. Loisel (pictured) yesterday publicly accused Zhang Jianqiang, the team's administrator, of hatching a plot to overthrow her. 'I have proposed to CFA (the China Football Association) to replace the officials who muddle around with my job. I can't work with people constantly undermining my authority as a coach,' Loisel told the Titan sports newspaper.
