Two debt collectors who were hired to harass a tenant by kicking at his door and cutting his electricity supply were jailed for one month each yesterday in Eastern Court. Lo Tat-key, 35, and Patrick Wong Fei-yin, 29, were paid by the flat owner to collect unpaid rent and force the tenant to move out last April. The pair were convicted earlier before magistrate Winston Leung Wing-chung, who said yesterday that such illegal intimidation should be deterred with a jail term.
