Ad firm accused of failing to pay HK$3m
Wihus Advertising Company is accused of failing to pay more than HK$3 million in fees to the Trade Development Council over four years. A writ the council filed in the High Court yesterday said that since November 2003 the firm failed to pay for adverts in the council's publications. Wihus agreed that month to pay HK$814,273 including interest but did not. A second deed was agreed in December, but Wihus has not paid. The contract was terminated.
