Another 11 police officers were found to have unmanageable debts in the second half of last year, though the total number of officers in financial trouble continued to drop, according to the government. The drop came after 18 officers in debt were removed from a watch list during that period, bringing the net total down from 114 in the first six months of last year to 107 in the second half of the year, the Security Bureau told lawmakers in a paper.
