Singapore's annual World Gourmet Summit starts tomorrow and runs until April 26.
This year's line-up of visiting chefs includes Bart de Pooter, from the Michelin two-star Pastorale Restaurant in Belgium, who will be at Jaan in the Swissotel The Stamford; Ramon Freixa, from the two-star El Raco d'en Freixa in Barcelona, Spain, who's cooking at Dolce Vita in the Mandarin Oriental; one-star chef Antonella Ricci, from Al Fornello da Ricci in Italy, who will be at the Ristorante Bologna in the Marina Mandarin; and French pastry chef Pierre Herme, who has shops in Paris and Tokyo and will be cooking at Mezz9 at the Grand Hyatt.
