Boy toy

Men who like to take a ride on the wild side should love the new motorcycle helmets from Italian label Moschino. Hells Angels may want to avoid styles with the brand's signature heart and peace symbols but there is also the Zip (Euro270/HK$3,300), with a zip detail and metallic fabric lining, available in gold or silver. The Logo (bottom; Euro256) features a circular graphic Moschino logo and a transparent moveable visor, and comes with fuchsia, white or grey trim. The helmets are available by special order from Moschino, The Landmark, Central, tel: 2525 4706.

Smart wear

Ermenegildo Zegna shoppers can't seem to get enough of the brand's functional jackets. That's probably why the Italian label has re-released its Elements coat (below; HK$20,800) for the summer. Made from an 'intelligent' fabric said to regulate body temperature in all weather conditions, the jacket will come in handy on humid days. For spring, it comes in a pale grey wool-silk blend.

Get sporty

Athletic types may also be interested in Zegna Sport's kits, which come in a lightweight sports bag that folds away and weighs less than 1kg. Choose from the tennis (HK$2,500), gym (far right; HK$4,700) and beach (HK$2,100) kits, each one packed with essential gear such as microfibre gym shorts, a polo tee, towels, a headrest, trousers and socks. Available at Ermenegildo Zegna, Alexandra House, Central, tel: 2868 9638.

Buckle up

Vivienne Westwood's unisex belts, made from cotton twill, are a fun way to add colour to your denim. Choose from the Ant belt (HK$1,260), with a gold-coloured buckle featuring the signature orb, and the orb buckle belt (below right; HK$2,280), available in colour combinations of tan/cream, red/white/blue and blue/orange/navy. While you're shopping, take a look at the new tie collection as well. Available at Vivienne Westwood boutiques, including 42 Paterson Street, Causeway Bay, tel: 3549 6308.

Spice it up

Speaking of ties, Hermes has some tempting new offerings for spring. This season is all about India, with styles featuring prints and patterns inspired by the country. Men looking for something light for summer can choose the cotton and linen ties (HK$1,300 each), which are cut from the same fabric used for the jackets in the men's ready-to-wear collection. For summer weddings, there is the silk twill crepe losanges (below, above the helmet; HK$6,100), a lozenge-shaped scarf in fiery colours with Indian-inspired motifs. Available at Hermes, The Galleria, Central, tel: 2522 6229.
