More than 90 per cent of young people witness bullying at school, a Playground Association survey has found. Half of the 883 polled, aged between six and 24, said they had bullied their peers. Nearly 45 per cent of the bullying involved verbal threats and teasing, while 24 per cent involved social isolation and 22 per cent involved physical violence. A third of those who had witnessed bullying did not seek help from adults.
