Mansion zoned for preservation

The defaced King Yin Lei mansion in Stubbs Road was zoned for historic conservation yesterday. The Town Planning Board zoned the site as a 'historical building preserved for cultural, community and commercial uses'. It was originally zoned residential. A residential development proposed by its owner would be moved to a neighbouring slope, the Development Bureau said.
