If your definition of a smooth ride involves two wheels and no motor, you'll consider Puma's Glow Rider at the cutting edge of urban mobility and style. This slick street bike gets its name from its glow-in-the-dark steel frame, which absorbs sunlight during the day, allowing for up to two hours of luminescent travel time after dark. Made by Biomega, the Glow Rider has a folding design that makes it easier to lug up to your fourth-floor walkup, plus part of the frame is a wire that doubles as a lock. Ten of these wheelie-ready bad boys, which come in cream (turning green) or orange/yellow, are available for HK$12,000 each at the two Puma stores: in Times Square, Causeway Bay, tel: 2506 2882, and Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong, tel: 3105 0991.
