90pc concerned about data snooping

Nearly 90 per cent of Hongkongers are seriously concerned about data privacy, a survey has found. Technology company Unisys conducted the poll from March 13 to 30. It also found 87 per cent of the 898 respondents were extremely, or very, concerned about unauthorised access to or misuse of private information. David Fu Liang-chung, vice-president of Unisys Greater China, said people should be more proactive about protecting data.
