Suspect arrested with 140 credit cards

A Hong Kong man, 39, was being questioned last night after 140 bogus credit cards were found in his luggage at the airport. Acting on a tip-off, officers from the Commercial Crime Bureau caught him at the departure hall at about 7.15pm on Wednesday as he was preparing to fly to Italy. Police said he was planning a shopping spree in Europe. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing a false instrument.
