Discovery College commenced operation in August 2007 from temporary premises in Lai King for one year. Full school operation at the new campus in Discovery Bay will start in August. The college combines a primary school and a secondary school which will offer the IB at all levels and has a strong community outreach and pastoral programme involving children and parents. Discovery College supports the ESF tradition of excellent co-curriculum activities for all ages, offering a variety of clubs and a range of music, drama, dance, sport and debates that promote excellence.

Renaissance was the ESF's first private independent School. It opened in 2006 on a purpose-built campus and will eventually cater for 2,100 students. It follows the IB curriculum from Years 1 to13. There is a strong commitment to Putonghua provision throughout the school.
