OVOlogue - a 'food-gallery concept' by the lifestyle company that operates OVO Home (houseware) and OVO Garden (floral art) - has opened in Wan Chai in the grade-two heritage building that houses The Pawn. The 4,300 sq ft ground-floor space (above) is divided into sections that include a dining hall and display areas for artwork and furniture.

The menu includes dishes such as braised coral trout in Sichuan sauce (HK$450), glutinous dumplings with pork stuffing in hot and spicy sauce (HK$98), braised pork belly with lychee in spicy sauce (below right; HK$148), sweet and sour pork with dried fruits and sweetened aged vinegar (HK$118), dim sum platter for two (above right; superior abalone sui mai, phoenix dumplings, goldfish dumplings, mashed taro salad boxes and vegetarian spring rolls, HK$248) and rose jelly with honey and American ginseng (HK$26).
