Man arrested over sex-photos on fraud charges

Chung Yik-tin, the first man arrested in the celebrity sex-photos scandal but later released after charges against him were withdrawn, appeared in the District Court yesterday on charges relating to a fraud involving 30 credit cards he allegedly applied for between July 2003 and May 2006 while presenting himself as a company director. The court earlier heard Chung would fight the charges. No plea was taken.
