Hong Kong's Annie Au Wing-chi and Rebecca Chiu Wing-yin progressed to the semi-finals of the women's singles in the Crocodile Challenge Cup at Hong Kong Squash Centre yesterday. Au beat India's Joshna Chinappa 9-3, 9-6, 9-0, while Chiu had a walkover against Japan's Mami Nishio. They will now face each other in today's semi-final. In the men's draw, Dick Lau Siu-wai beat England's James Snell 4-11, 11-9, 11-4, 11-6 in the quarter-finals and will face compatriot Max Lee Ho-yin, who beat Kuwait's Baderal Al Hussaini 10-12, 11-8, 11-7, 8-11, 11-8.
