Lianhua Supermarket lifts sales

Lianhua Supermarket Holdings said same-store sales grew 14.3 per cent in the first five months of this year. The Shanghai supermarket operator said it had opened 207 stores from January to last month, raising its total number of shops to 3,830 as of May 31. Carol Chan
