Time is running out for fans to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Alfonso Wong Kar-hei's famous local comic strip Old Master Q.

The 'Old Master Q 4+5 Polar Adventure' exhibition at LCX in Harbour City will end on Sunday.

The artist's eldest son Joseph Wong Chak, who still publishes the comic, has collaborated with four local designers to publish a new series collectively titled 4+5 Polar Adventure.

Designers Danny Chan, Husky Kevin, Winson Ma and Ultraman each created a new character, Lovely Hairy, Intelligent Congo, Dr Cat Hitler and Robot M-45. Old Mater Q and Big Potato even have new outfits in their adventure with the four newcomers. The first chapter featured in Old Master Q - Vol 95 was published on June 15.

There are also 100 limited edition box sets of figurines available at LCX, with all proceeds donated to the Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation. For more details, call 3102 3668.
