Opportunity for results-driven account director

A world leader in the employment services industry is on the hunt for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join its Hong Kong office.

Manpower has 4,500 offices in 80 countries and territories. To continue to expand within Hong Kong and around the region, the firm is seeking to recruit an account director for its regional sales team.

The incumbent will manage and develop strategic client relationships across all lines of business within Hong Kong, while interacting with the Asia-Pacific team to ensure client satisfaction and account loyalty, and co-ordinate with operational teams to maximise business performance.

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in business administration with a major in sales and marketing or related disciplines. A minimum of five years of experience in the services industry, with a proven track record of sales, account management and strategic development, is preferred.

'The successful candidate should also be a strong communicator who can engage C-suite with discussions based on business drivers,' said general manager of Hong Kong and Macau operations, Manpower Services (Hong Kong), Lancy Chui.

The position requires developing sales and account management strategies and ensuring full compliance with company strategies.

Applicants should possess strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven business and financial acumen as the future director will have to propose innovative human resources solutions to clients and co-ordinate with operational teams to implement the client account plan.
