Mizuno and Ho lead Hong Kong challenge

Shinichi Mizuno and Stephanie Ho head the domestic challenge after the first round of the MacGregor Hong Kong Junior Open Championship at a windswept Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club yesterday. Japan-born Mizuno, 14, who attends West Island School, fired two late birdies in a composed round of 71 (1-over-par) to lie second, two strokes behind Thailand's Nacha Patchana. Marcus Lam Pak-hin, 14, lies in a share of fourth after carding a 73. Ho, 15, scored a gutsy 77 for second place, one stroke behind Suchaya Tangkamolprasert of Thailand.
