Nowadays, many girls join weight-loss centres and go on a diet. They use slimming products, such as dietary supplements and herbal tea. But there are many side-effects.
I think the most effective way of losing weight is exercising. Exercise burns off unwanted calories.
Dance is a good exercise. There are many types of dance, such as modern dance, jazz and hip hop.
You're bound to find something you enjoy.
Apart from helping us lose weight, dance can correct our posture and make us more fit.
It can also improve blood circulation. Take up dancing now and you will be fit and healthy.

It is a wonderful way to get exercise, specially the kind that strengthens the heart and lungs.
As we know, any sort of exercise is better than none. But sadly, dancing alone won't guarantee a slim body.
As our health column has regularly advised, we need a combination of exercise and a healthy diet to keep us looking our best.
Dancing certainly is a step in the right direction.
