Launch of satellites postponed

Yesterday's scheduled launch of the country's first environmental satellites was postponed, China News Service reported. The report did not elaborate on the delay, but said the satellites would be sent up in the next launch window. The satellites are the first of eight to be launched to help track environmental degradation and forecast natural disasters. Shi Jiangtao
