1 Chinese among dead in crash

A Chinese citizen was among the 88 killed in a plane crash in Russia's Ural region, according to the China News Service. Russian authorities released a list showing 17 foreigners were on the flight, including a 26-year-old Chinese named Fangfang. Prosecutors have opened a criminal case over a possible violation of flight safety rules, but the cause of the accident is not known.
