Dim sum lunch for divas and dons

The cast and crew of Opera Hong Kong's Don Carlo took a break from performing to enjoy a relaxing dim sum at the InterContinental Grand Stanford ballroom on September 1. The hotel's head chef Leung Fai-hung presented his masterful creations and shared cooking tips with the artists.

Among the diners were Opera Hong Kong chairwoman Paddy Lui Wai-yu, tenors Warren Mok Wah-lun and Keith Ikaia-Purdy, director Henry Akina, conductor Hirofumi Yoshida as well as co-stars Li Xiuying, Annalisa Raspagliosi, Yang Guang and Liao Changyong.
