A 38-year-old teacher appeared in court charged with unlawful sexual intercourse with a child. Chu Chi-wah, from a Mong Kok school, is accused of having sex with a child between April 2004 and December 2006 at a Nathan Road flat. The child was almost 13 when the alleged offence began. Chu did not enter a plea and was released on bail until a November 13 hearing.
