HK magazine 'defamed' Singapore leaders

The High Court in Singapore has ruled that the publisher and editor of the Hong Kong-based magazine Far Eastern Economic Review had defamed the city state's founding father Lee Kuan Yew and his son, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, in a 2006 article. Damages to be paid by Review Publishing Co and magazine editor Hugo Restall would be assessed later.
