Police yesterday laid charges against a 31-year-old man caught on the University of Hong Kong campus dressed in women's underwear. University security staff had caught the man, who police identified only by the surname Lee, in the Knowles Building on the campus at about 1.20am on Monday. The man, from whom police seized a number of items, was charged with drug offences and outraging public decency and will appear in Eastern Court tomorrow.
