The Broadcasting Authority dealt with 166 complaints last month, related to 95 programmes or advertisements on television or radio. It found two complaints constituted minor breaches. In one, a TV news report provided inaccurate headlines. In the other, a news programme was found to be at fault for failing to provide subtitles when necessary. Some 140 complaints were unproven and 24 could not be pursued under the authority's ordinance.
