A deputy director of human resources at Polytechnic University has been accused of falsely claiming a HK$150,000 tenancy allowance 20 years ago. Dorothy Wong Shun-chun, 54, entered no plea yesterday in Kowloon City Court to using a document with intent to deceive. Wong is accused of falsely claiming that she and her husband did not own a flat they lived in when she applied for the allowance in 1988. The case was adjourned to October 28.
