Empty yacht runs aground

A yacht ran aground off Sai Kung. Police received reports about the yacht, which had no one on board, shortly after 2am. The captain said it had not been properly anchored.

Bull pulled from storm drain

A bull fell into a 2-metre-deep storm drain in Lin Fa Shan, Tsuen Wan. Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department staff pulled the bull from the drain and found it was not injured.

Man treated after attack by wife

A 48-year-old woman was arrested for attacking her 51-year-old husband, surnamed Masataka, at a flat in Tsui Man Street in Happy Valley at 6.20am. The woman hit and scratched her husband during a dispute. The husband called police and was admitted to Ruttonjee Hospital.
